Description

The Leidos Partnership for Defense Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Change Management and Adoption Lead to work REMOTELY and support its $4.

6B single award DHMSM IDIQ contract, known as MHS GENESIS. This highly visible program provides modernization of Electronic Health Records (EHR) capabilities for the Department of Defense, supporting nearly 10 million service members and their families worldwide.

While every healthcare system is addressing quality, user experience and cost, the MHS GENESIS program has the added challenge of delivering these objectives within the DOD security environment, at the DOD's global scale, all while supporting the Defense Health Agency (DHA)'s vision of a medically ready force which is essential to our national defense.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

The Revenue Cycle Change Management and Adoption Lead will join the End User Engagement Team and support the implementation, deployment, and sustainment of new capabilities for a dynamic and expanding portfolio of additional health solutions.

Selected candidate will be responsible for oversight and execution of all Change Management optimization of the revenue cycle applications across the DOD.

Key activities include :

Implement and monitor quality measures to improve the Revenue Cycle utilization.

Current state assessment, workflow analysis and recommendations

Development of Start-Stop-Continue

Change Impact Summary

Supervisor Change Sessions

Support of action plans

Support content development for training

Support virtual and onsite workflow adoption reinforcement

FACTORS FOR SUCCESS

BS degree and 8-12 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.

US Citizen with ability to obtain and maintain an ADP IT-II Public Trust Clearance based on the minimum of a Tier 3 investigation.

Federal Government requirement.

Strong background in Revenue Cycle operations.

Deep knowledge of hospital and ambulatory revenue cycle processes

Strong project management knowledge

Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including the proven ability to work across different audiences, personalities and experience levels.

Proven team management success, develop schedules and plans and identify issues, including competing priorities of multiple tasks.

HOW YOU WILL STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD

Highly articulate on the integration across clinical and revenue cycle workflows

Demonstrated success in driving electronic health system adoption across complex organizations

Pay Range :

Pay Range $101,400.00 - $183,300.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
