We are seeking technical selfmotivated JIRASpecialist who can help design build and configure applications tomeet business process and application requirements.

Candidateshould have good working knowledge of JIRA.

Skills Required :

• Design and implement Atlassian solutions (Jira ServiceManagement Jira Software Jira Work Management and Confluence)tailored to the specific needs of manufacturing and qualitymanagement processes.
• Configure and customizeJira products to automate processes improve efficiency and enhanceuser experience for all stakeholders involved in qualitymanagement.
• Proven experience working withinthe automotive manufacturing industry and a strong understanding ofquality management processes.
• Proven abilityto work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Integrate Atlassian products with CI / CD pipelines toensure seamless flow of information between development andoperations teams.
• Perform data migration fromone Atlassian environment to another ensuring data integrity andminimal disruption.
• ConfluenceImplementation : Create new spaces for users define permissions andmaintain a wellorganized knowledge base.
• Perform administration development and supportintegrating with JIRA and its addons : Develop custom workflowsscripts and automations to enhance JIRA functionality and leverageaddons to extend its capabilities.
• Timely andcosteffective implementation : Focus on delivering solutions thatmeet business needs within budget and time constraints.
• Develop and maintain Architecture Artifacts businesscapability models Process Models Application Integration Model DataModels etc.
• Document process diagrams CommonBuilt Intent Diagram Technical design decisions System integrationsand future state considerations to ensure a clear understanding andmaintainability of the Atlassian ecosystem.

• Collaborate closely with different working streams andengineers. Maintain strong communication and understanding ofcrossfunctional team needs to ensure Atlassian solutions align withbroader business objectives.
• Ability to breakdown complex problems into actionable steps and get things done ina rapidly changing environment. You will be a problemsolver who cannavigate evolving requirements and adapt solutions asneeded.
• Excellent communication skills withthe ability to adapt the communication style for the audience.Effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical andnontechnical stakeholders.
• Proficient in theimplementation of Atlassian Plugins. Extend the functionality ofAtlassian products by configuring and customizing plugins to meetspecific needs.
• Ability to plan prioritizeand support multiple concurrent projects. Manage your workloadeffectively and deliver results on time.
• Troubleshooting and problemsolving skills with the use ofdebuggers. Identify and resolve issues within Atlassianapplications and integrations.
• Assess risksand implement mitigation and contingency plans. Proactivelyidentify potential problems and develop solutions to minimizedisruptions.
• Develop and maintain years ofsoftware development experience using Java and webbasedarchitectures and technologies (XML JSON).

Your programming skillswill be crucial for developing custom integrations andautomations.

ExperienceRequired :

• 10 years ofexperience with Atlassian suite of tools primarily JIRA andConfluence both a configuration standpoint and customization aspect
• 5 years of experience with Agile softwaredevelopment methodologies. Utilize your knowledge of Agileprinciples to ensure Atlassian solutions support iterativedevelopment and continuous improvement.
• Proficient experience utilizing JavaScript JSP SQL Pythonand other programming languages. You will possess a diverseskillset to address various technical challenges.
• Excellent scripting skills (e.g. Python Groovy) toautomate workflows and integrations.
• Familiarwith Configuration Management and CI Tools such as JenkinsSonarQube Maven etc. Integrate Atlassian solutions with yourexisting development toolchain for a seamless workflow.
• Experience with integrating Atlassian products with otherenterprise systems (e.g. CRM ERP) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills to identifyand troubleshoot Atlassian related issues.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to workeffectively with crossfunctional teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technicalsolutions and clearly document processes.
