Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze organizational processes and systems, and design solutions to optimize efficiency.
- Assess business models and their integration with technology, gather and synthesize information, and define future business solutions.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) with in-depth knowledge, providing advisory and decision-making support to teams.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and offer solutions that impact cross-functional teams.
Basic Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Domain Business Analyst.
- At least 2 years of experience with Atlassian Jira Align.
- Expertise in domains such as Retirement, Group Insurance, Institutional Banking, or Recordkeeping.
- Bachelor's Degree required.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Knowledge of money movement and plan management is a plus.
