Elementary Special Education Teacher Specializing in Working with Kiddos with Austism Spectrum Disorder
Are you a talented Special Educator that specializes in working with students with Autism? ProCare Therapy is actively searching for an experienced and gifted Special Education Teacher to join one of our trusted school districts located in beautiful Ferndale, Michigan.
As Special Education Teacher in this role,you will provide specialized instruction and support to students with significant cognitive, physical, or emotional disabilities.
You will develop individualized education programs (IEPs), deliver adaptive curriculum, and work closely with a team of specialists and support staff to ensure students reach their fullest potential.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Education or higher
- Active MI Teaching License
- Active MI Certification
- Severe experience highlighted on resume
- Proficient in Case Management
- Able to develop and implement IEPs while coordinating with internal departments
- Experience working with students with multiple disabilities
- Reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a drug test and a background check
Interview Process
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Recruiter
- 30 mins-1 hrvirtual / in-person interview with school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of virtual interview
As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
