We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a DevOps Engineer in Woodland Hills, California. The DevOps Engineer will play a significant role in our team by managing, deploying, and maintaining our cloud-based applications.

This role is vital in ensuring the successful operation of our IT systems and infrastructure.

Worksite Address : Los Angeles, CA (91367)

Remote / Onsite : Hybrid Remote (3 days / wk onsite)

Pay Rate : $75-80 / hr.

Hours : 9am -5pm

Start Date : October 2024

Duration : 12+ month Ongoing Contract (high potential to convert as a fulltime employee)

Responsibilities :

• Working within Azure, standard infrastructure specialized in vm app services, logic apps, etc.
• Seeking a resource that can lead in transforming the company's infrastructure and application deployment processes
• Networking, standard networking, need someone to have security background (worked on remediation) background in AD, Azure AD Entra ID, IAC type of deployment
• Analyze infrastructure solutions and systems, including collaborating with requestors to determine infrastructure resource requirements and specifications.

In addition, Infrastructure Devops Engineer

• Expertise in fundamentals for networking from an infrastructure standpoint
• Must have an infrastructure IAC experience in the Azure space - DevOps is infrastructure as Code using Terraform in Azure
• Client is trying to be more in the leading of digital transformation space, working on their security posture (best practices of security, more knowledge based in security)

Day to Day :

• Working within Azure, standard infrastructure specialized in vm app services, logic apps, etc.- Infrastructure person that knows how to build them
• Networking, standard networking, need someone to have security background (worked on remediation) background in AD, Azure AD Entra ID, IAC type of deployment

In addition, Infrastructure Devops Engineer

Environment :

• The client already did a design of Azure environment
• They are looking for an Infrastructure DevOps engineer to support and maintain the environment
• From DevOps standpoint they use python, Azure DevOps pipeline, GitHub, Terraform for infrastructure as a Code (IAC) along with configuration management through Ansible
• Need person to have PowerShell experience
