We are also offering a $15,000 sign-on bonus at our Sturtevant clinic (10155 Washington Ave, Sturtevant, WI 53177)

COMPENSATION
- Guaranteed hourly base pay of $50.00 with annual increases
- Plus, unlimited bonus potential of an EXTRA $3.00-20.00 bringing pay to $53-70 / hour
- Guaranteed $5,000 Production Bonus in the first four months
