What to Expect (Job Responsibilities) :
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients at the start of every engagement
- Facilitate the transfer of data between external parties and the employer
- Lead kick-off calls and provide consultative advice on Cyber Incident Response to customers
- Conduct project design meetings and consult with clients on efficient workflows for data mining
- Perform data mining processes and report detailed results to customers
What is Required (Qualifications) :
- At least 3 years of experience in eDiscovery Project Management or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience working with Relativity as a Project Manager
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including experience leading meetings
- Ability to manage an active and fluctuating caseload
- Experience in Cyber Incident Response is preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications) :
- Experience with Canopy or other advanced eDiscovery / Cyber tools, such as Technology Assisted Review
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to anticipate client needs
