  • 5+ years of experience as a Creative Producer / Project Manager or a similar role working in a relevant creative industry or tech / product company.

  • Experience contributing to building schedules, managing issues / risks, establishing communication plans, and stakeholder management.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present in a clear and concise manner to all stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented with a proven track record of on-time project / program delivery for medium to large, cross-functional projects.
  • Strong bias for action and willingness to roll up sleeves and get things done.

JOB OVERVIEW

The AHS Brand Experience Team is looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Creative Producer / Project Manager to join our team.

You will be a key member of a multidisciplinary team of designers and writers working in close collaboration to bring our brand to life and help people live healthier lives.

The Producer will be an integral team member providing end-to-end management and operational support for cross channel marketing initiatives including online advertising, digital marketing and web.

You’ll work cross-functionally (internally and externally) to plan projects, define milestones, assess risk, streamline processes, manage resources and help projects meet deadlines.

Successful candidates will be flexible project managers, master planners, and strategic problem-solvers who can balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

This role reports directly to the Design Director.

Key job responsibilities

  • Produce, project manage and execute high impact Brand Marketing deliverables including emails, paid ads, social, OOH, print collateral and landing pages.
  • Traffic and prioritize inbound creative requests; reviewing project intake, project planning and resource allocation. This includes collecting business and systems requirements from internal customers;

writing project plans, and driving project schedules.

  • Act as a liaison, building and maintaining strong relationships between cross-functional stakeholders, including Growth, B2B, Product, UX, Engineering, legal and PR, as well as external vendors + partners, all while making sure interdependencies are understood and planned for.
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, articulate risks / trade-offs, and recommend prioritization based on a balance of business needs, technical constraints, and customer impact.
  • Identify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation, and asset management; driving required changes to make sure the creative team is working efficiently.
  • Support strategic team objectives by capturing short and long terms needs. This includes building our roadmaps and planning out initiatives before they become urgent.
  • Lead creative vendor engagement which may include freelance / agency management in photography, motion, video and design.
  • Familiarity with various project management tools including Asana.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and creative design process.
  • Openness to learning new skills including new software, products, and ways of working.
  • Positive energy and leadership capabilities, as well as a willingness to work outside of a typical role to deliver holistic solutions to customer problems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300 / year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
