Entering authorizations and at times being pulled to cover as front office receptionist through the clinic when there are PTO's
Verifying eligibility
Collecting Co-Pays, completing check in process
Handling appointments, Monitoring Daily Productivity
Balancing batches and confirming payments / co-pays received at the end of day which require careful handling and properly documented and allocated for
Assist with putting supplies away
