Russell Tobin is seeking a part-time Compliance & Privacy professional for a biopharmaceutical company known for trailblazing breakthroughs for people with neurological conditions.

Hours : 20 hours per week
Pay Rate : $85 - $93 per hour
Duties :
- Responsible for helping to implement and maintain Company’s compliance and privacy program in line with international laws, regulations and industry standards.
- This individual will also help draft policies and provide day to day compliance and privacy support to ex-North American employees.
- Provide day to day compliance and privacy support to international markets
- Draft and update policies for international markets
- Prepare detailed reports for management on compliance status and issues that arise.
- Works closely with Global Compliance and Privacy team to ensure compliant, flexible and consistent support is provided to international markets.
Skills :
- Familiarity with relevant European laws and regulations.
- Experience with Policy drafting.
- ABAC and third party risk management experience.
- GDPR or other relevant privacy experience.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills.
- Ability to uncover insights and summarize results in a clear and concise manner
- Ability to work effectively across functions as a team player
- High level of integrity with the ability to maintain the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Targeting 5 years of experience in compliance within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
