CACI is seeking a Training Instructor / Facilitator to be responsible for the development of training materials that will be used to deliver hands-on classroom and virtual training for the new HR system that is being implemented.
Bring your Training experience, collaboration skills, initiative, and energy to our team to support our Navy in the Chesapeake / Norfolk area.
The position will also travel up to 25% during afloat installations and retraining needs.
What You’ll Get to Do :
Collaborate with team members and Subject Matter Experts to develop strategies to develop and refine audience-appropriate curriculum, courses, and lessons.
Ensure learning objectives are appropriate to the audience and that the training materials meet the learning objectives.
Prepare high level course outlines, schedules, and syllabus.
Deliver instructor-led training in both in-person and virtual environments.
Provide hands on instruction and training materials for instructor-led training, interactive multimedia instruction, blended materials, and courseware for delivery fusing current technologies.
Collect and document measurements and reports on training delivery and to evaluate effectiveness of training.
Adhere to established training material templates, document management guidelines, and delivery methods. Materials include student guides, presentations, business process flows, work instructions, exercises, simulations, quick references, job ids, post-test, and instructor guides.
Bring new ideas to help drive continuous improvement in our training program.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications :
Active Secret Clearance
Bachelor’s degree (in Training / Development or related field) or equivalent
3-5 years’ experience in curriculum development and delivery of instruction to small and large audiences.
Proficient in online collaboration and meeting solutions.
Background in Human Resource management systems and / or Financial Management systems training.
Ability to conduct training in the Chesapeake / Norfolk, Virginia area as well as aboard.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have :
Experience working with the Department of Defense / US Navy.
Experience in all phases of the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation)
Professional Facilitation Training and / or Certificate
