Responsibilities
- Research customer and item related inquiries
- Handle escalated issues
- Facilitate small to intermediate projects
- Root cause and inventive thinking
- Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Takes initiative on work / projects as appropriate
- Assists with training and day-to-day questions
Qualifications
- 2+ years of business experience, preferred
- Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

- Works on projects of moderate scope and complexity
- Identifies possible solutions to a variety of technical problems and takes action to resolve
