Summary :
What you'll do in this role :
Maintain and audit the security configuration and assigned access in Workday, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.
Create new, or modify existing, security roles as necessary to support the needs of the global HR team.
Interface with IT personnel on system projects and initiatives and coordinate with HR management.
Develop and implement related processes and procedures, including those for data entry, data flow, and exchanges with other computer systems.
Develop and regularly run system audits to ensure the preservation of data integrity and work with key stakeholders to make necessary changes.
Create procedural documentation, including training materials or process documentation.
As needed, provide support to the team related to Internal Audit, including the tracking of remediation status.
Manage confidentiality of data by following established security / confidentiality standards.
Work special projects as assigned.
What you need to be successful in this role :
You have three to five years of prior experience working with Workday as a Sr. HRIS analyst or equivalent, with experience configuring and maintaining Security.
Prior implementation experience is highly desired.
You have an understanding of SOX compliance and audit requirements related to HRIS functions.
You have a proven ability to learn on the fly and maintain composure in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
You have a strong team orientation and collaborative style.
