Essential Functions

  • Receives orders, both cannabis and paraphernalia (counting, check labeling, compare PO to invoice, etc.)
  • Delivers product to stores when needed and identifies products being delivered.
  • Enters product into inventory system
  • Confirms and files digital copies of finalized paperwork
  • Provide on-site quality control and voice concerns as needed
  • Ensure evaluation and educational samples are properly received
  • Records edible expiration dates and THC / CBD on manifest paperwork
  • Prepares product for shipment to final retail location
  • Prepare and print hook labels for all products prior to leaving Distribution Center
  • Enter all THC / CBD percentages into POSaBIT upon delivery to Distribution Center
  • Intake, assign barcodes, sticker and / or prepare register scanning documents for all paraphernalia prior to leaving Distribution Center
  • Daily monitoring and feedback of scheduled deliveries
  • Perform paraphernalia specific tasks prior to leaving distribution center as assigned by Distribution Manager
  • Remain up to date on WA State and LCB regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly station.
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by following company standards.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly appearance throughout shift.
  • Sublots and quarantines defective and returned items
  • Coordinates with vendors for returns and label replacement
  • Schedule and carry out destruction of product
  • Sublots and quarantines defective and returned items
  • Must comply with all WA State recreational cannabis regulations
  • Establish good working relationship with other team members
  • Foster positive communications and relationships with employees and vendors
  • Keep up to date on industry trends and developments
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures
  • Actively participate in meetings as requested
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Ability to work well individually and as a team
  • Legible handwriting
  • Up-to-date drivers license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines
  • Must be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and be flexible (able to go with the flow - where you are needed the most)
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Strong collaborator when working with a team, but also a self-starter when working alone
  • Must be at least 21 years of age, per LCB regulations

Physical Requirements :

  • Repeatedly load and unload boxes that weigh up to 60lbs.
  • Constant use of eyes (correctable vision to normal level required) to observe, read, interact with public and co-workers, view security monitors;

includes hand / eye coordination

  • Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
  • Must be able to use a computer / smart phone / tablet and see color
  • Constant use of both hands and arms while using phone, notepad, writing reports, etc.
