SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant
Location : Washington
Salary : £75 - £100 per day
Contract : Full Time / Part Time
Start : September term of 2024
GSL Education is looking for enthusiastic SEN Graduate Teaching Assistant to work in school settings in Washington .
Job Summary : Provide tailored assistance to students with special educational needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide tailored support to students with SEN, helping them to achieve their individual educational goals.
- Assist teachers in planning and delivering engaging lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure the best outcomes for students.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements :
- A recent graduate with a degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Genuine interest in working with children with SEN.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role or volunteering with children with SEN is desirable but not essential.
