Job Summary :
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team. This role involves coordinating with customers to ensure smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle, preparing and sending invoices, and supporting project management activities to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Customer Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project.
- Invoice Preparation : Prepare accurate invoices based on project milestones, contracts, and client agreements. Ensure timely delivery of invoices and follow up on payment statuses.
- Project Coordination : Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of projects by coordinating schedules, resources, and information.
- Documentation : Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, communications, and billing records.
- Team Collaboration : Work closely with project managers, finance teams, and other stakeholders to align on project deliverables and financial requirements.
- Problem-Solving : Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the project, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
Qualifications :
- Education : Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience : 2+ years of experience in a project coordination or similar role, with a focus on customer communication and billing.
- Skills : Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in project management software and invoicing systems.
- Attributes : Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
