You oversee customer relationships and assigned internal team, working in partnership with them to define and execute a winning growth strategy for both Mondelēz International and the customer.

Direct selling responsibility for $45MM Bars portfolio
How you will contribute
You will :
Drive customer relationships across functions including Sr. Merchant (buyer), replenishment, shopper marketing and ecommerce
Develop negotiate and execute annual JBP with Sr. Merchant
Engage Mondelēz Strategic Customer process leading toward mutually beneficial long-term JBP development
Own revenue planning, trade planning, sales forecasting, and the execution of commercial strategies to deliver annual JBP
Lead Bars portfolio / product development with internal cross-functional business teams including sales planning, category development, RGM, supply chain, ecommerce, shopper marketing, and insights
Analyze syndicated data, member data, research, and industry trends to create business case for product and execution solutions that lead the future
Own the P&L to ensure the delivery of MDLZ financial goals and market share gains
Actively ensure precision and consistency with monthly, quarterly, annual internal & external deliverables

Education / Certifications :
- 4-yr degree
- Minimum 5 yrs experience in CPG sales and business development
- Understanding of product commercialization processes
- Ability to leverage customer specific data i.e. Syndicated, Sam’s Internal (Madrid) and Consumer Research to drive business results
- Customer focus and attention to detail
- Experience with customer trade negotiations
- Understanding and driving action through the use of a customer P&L
