The Role

Contributes to the overall strategic vision of the Technology Modernization organization and integrates a broad range of ideas regarding Technology Modernization Analytics.

Recognized across the organization for Technology Modernization expertise and sought as a resource for providing insightful analytics, predictions, resolution of unique or complex Technology Modernization problems.

Undertakes multiple and highly complex projects involving multiple disciplines and may impact multiple business units.

The Main Responsibilities

  • Lead, define and manage initiatives and projects to develop Technology Modernization predictive models (e.g. Strategic Roadmaps, Deployment Trends, Identifying potential risks / threats, data management and governance).
  • Lead and manage the analytics of different simplification projects, identify areas of improvements, simplify process or way-of-work to meet the demand.
  • Define, assess and evaluate alternative solutions to ensure alignment with the strategies, target objects are met.
  • Ensure that the area of concerns on the project are addressed well ahead of time and report to the leadership team.
  • Ensure alignment of projects with agreed Strategic and Operational goals.
  • Align data and solutions to business end-to-end boundaries and build a capable best practice staff of experts in key areas to align with each of the Organizations.
  • Review the deployment continuously, identify patterns and recommend for improvements.
  • Evaluate the strategic contribution and alignment with overall IT and Product strategies and architectures.

What We Look For in a Candidate

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience, preferably from Telecommunication industry.
  • 5+ years of telecom networking experience.
  • 10+ years of experience or 6+ years with Master's in the Wireline / Wireless / Transport Network deployment domain.
  • Worked on various models like Predictive models, Risk Assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability in developing complex automated Business Intelligence solutions using software such as Power BI, QlikSense, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Database Management Systems experience such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or Snowflake.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$94,420 - $125,890 in these states : AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, SD.

$99,390 - $132,510 in these states : AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, MO, MT, ND, NM, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY.

$104,360 - $139,140 in these states : CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI.

$109,330 - $145,770 in these states : AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WA.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.
