Summary :

Stevens Auto Group is seeking a talented and ambitious Automotive Sales Executive to join our multi-franchise automotive group.

The Automotive Sales Executive plays a critical and strategic role in the organization, helping to drive company growth, profitability, and sales volume.

The right candidate has a combination of quantitative and interpersonal skills enabling them to successfully assist new and used car buyers with their evaluation and purchasing needs.

As with all positions within our dealerships, Automotive Sales Executives are expected to uphold the highest ethical standards and delight the customer in every step of their automobile buying experience.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Commit to becoming an auto sales expert and gain in-depth knowledge of vehicles and technology.
  • Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery).
  • Assist guests in determining their needs and wants.
  • Provide exceptional guest experience to drive loyalty.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction utilizing a computerized system.
  • Complete quotes and explain leasing / finance options for new and used vehicles.

  • Basic computer, email and internet proficiency.
