as a Process Technician. Job Responsibilities
- Performs technical tests and experiments for process engineering within R&D.
- Performs set up of processing equipment.
- Monitors, audits, and provides guidance to line operators.
- Processes test runs and prepares records, charts, and graphs of results for presentation to engineering to identify yield problems or test new products.
Provides technical assistance to process development and engineering personnel.
- Prepare technical reports and summarize findings related to technical problems experienced while testing and troubleshooting circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies
- Install components / hardware by referring to drawings and Cell Fusion procedures
- Access and update Configuration Editor settings by utilizing sales order / BOM (SAP)
- Create detailed MFG tasks covering skipped steps, document abnormal conditions and tool reminder
- Provide flexibility and responsiveness for changing priorities including rework requirements and pilot build projects
- Follow safe work practices by utilizing PPE and practice Lockout Tagout policies and procedures (LOTO and ZEST)
Here's what you will receive : Pay : $25.00-$35.00 / hr DOE + 15% shift diff Shift : 3rd shift, BEN 6pm-6am, rotating shift : Wed - Fri, rotate Saturday Training will be shadowing FEN (Sun-Thurs, rotate Fri, 6am-6pm) Duration : Contract to Direct Job Requirements Required Skills / Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-5 years previous Process / Engineering Technician experience
Preferred Skills / Qualifications :
- Semiconductor experience
