What You'll Do :
We are looking for a Logistics Analyst with a highly analytical mind and experience gathering and analyzing reporting data to verify validity and track KPI performance across multiple business units.
You will assist in monitoring carrier and vendor relationships as we identify department wins and potential areas for process improvement.
This position will also manage the end-to-end carrier claims process.
How You Will Help Us Win :
Assess, diagnose, and report on fulfillment and transportation performance. Examine effectiveness of strategies and processes;
research and provide alternative possibilities.
- Identify and define KPI measurements for vendor / carrier partners solidify reporting capabilities for data analysis.
- Strong participation in team initiatives : establish priorities, schedule, and track project assignments to support continuous improvement.
- Willingness to dedicate bandwidth to cross functional training within the logistics department problem solve across all functional areas of the team.
- Streamline and manage end-to-end carrier claims process.
- Maintain SOP documentation for the processes associated with this role.
What You'll Need to Succeed :
- 1-2 years experience in a supply chain environment (logistics background preferred)
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel. Experience in Domo reporting or similar BI dashboards a plus.
- Familiarity with ERP systems is essential
- Clear and fact-driven communication skills with internal and external partners
