- Balancing inbound and outbound calls to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and communication purposes.
- Accurately entering customer orders into the system.
- Scheduling appointments as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Experience in call center customer service
