You'll be a crucial part of our team, handling inbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service, and managing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities :
- Answering inbound calls in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing excellent customer service to all callers, addressing their inquiries and resolving their issues.
- Utilizing data entry skills to update and maintain customer information in the system.
- Managing customer service tasks in a call center environment.
- Handling email correspondence with customers efficiently and professionally.
- Balancing inbound and outbound calls to ensure all customer needs are met.
- Proficiently using Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data management and communication purposes.
- Accurately entering customer orders into the system.
- Scheduling appointments as required, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
- Proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing both inbound and outbound calls
- Experience in call center customer service
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Proficiency in email correspondence
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Experience in order entry
- Ability to schedule appointments effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
