This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary range of $100k-$110k. Our client is a growing company in the energy sector.

This position involves collaborating with teams across Texas and Europe. The Field Operations Manager will oversee the design and safe installation of technology on client sites.

Field Operations Manager Responsibilities include :

• Develop customer-specific designs
• Project documentation for monitoring and control systems
• Support the sales process, ensure customer satisfaction throughout the process
• Manage contractors for safe installation, commissioning
• Maintenance of technology
• Implement and monitor operational systems to track and enhance business performance
• Drive the implementation of ISO45001 OHS standards
• Contribute to product development through electrical design input
• Continuously improve operational processes and identify business opportunities

Requirements for the Field Operations Manager :

• Strong understanding of three-phase electrical systems, medium and low voltage switchgear
• Electrical metering, control, and protection systems
• Experience managing contractors for electrical site work and delivering projects
• Solid grasp of US electrical standards, including NEC and local code requirements
• Skilled at building relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Project management experience, physical site work experience
• Must be detail-oriented and process-driven, able to manage projects from start to finish
• Travel required. Able to work in the office and remotely
