Rural Health Clinic located just over an hour west of Madison, WI is looking for 2 Family Practice Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join their team.
- Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Primary Care rural health clinic
- Mon-Fr - 4 days a week 8 hour days - can choose your off day
- Must rotate in the Urgent Care one Sunday a month
- No call
- Must be able to see all ages
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Primary Care or Urgent Care as NP / PA
- 8-12 patients per day
- Full staffed clinic with Medical Director, NP, MA's, Receptionist, lab / rad staff, and PT
- EMR used is Meditech Expanse
