About the Role :
Mid-Atlantic Packaging seeks a Production Warehouse Associate to join our Dover, DE team. We are a leading stock and branded packaging solutions provider to the retail industry.
We are looking for someone reliable, attentive to detail, and has a positive attitude to help us maintain our high customer service standards.
Responsibilities :
- Receive, stock, and store products in the warehouse
- Pick, pack, and ship orders to customers
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks
- Set up and operate printing presses according to job specifications
- Load printing plates, adjust ink levels, and ensure proper alignment of printing materials
- Monitor the printing process, adjusting to provide accurate and consistent quality
- Follow safety procedures and regulations
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Previous experience in warehouse operations
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety procedures
- Basic computer skills for data entry and record keeping
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 70 lbs

- Monday to Friday (No weekends)
- Day Shift 8 AM - 5 PM; Lunch 12 PM - 1 PM
- Seasonal / Full time
