Strategic Alliance Manager

About the Role

As the Strategic Alliances Manager, you will maintain and expand relationships with partners, You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and work closely with key stakeholders to achieve strategic revenue goals.

Additionally, you will participate in partner conferences and industry events, both in-person and virtual.

Responsibilities

Building and maintaining effective long-term relationships and a high level of satisfaction with key senior-level decision makers and influencers at an assigned group of customer accounts that may include major strategic customers within a geographic or industry focus

Identifying, developing and closing new sales opportunities

Creating demand for the organization's products and services by raising their profile with customers

Achieving revenue targets by increasing revenue spend per account

Conducting regular status and strategy meetings with the customer's senior management team, as needed

Understanding the customer’s needs and link them to the organization's product / service strategies

Requirements

Solid business development and relationship management experience from the B2B, corporate or professional services sectors

Ability to engage and advise with a consultative and solutions driven approach

Strong communication skills to include presentations and negotiations

The ability to work well autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment

Create, share and maintain reporting metrics (sales, pipeline, leads).

Demonstrated prowess in influencing and negotiating with key decision-makers within strategic partnerships

Aptitude for understanding how technology products and solutions solve business problems
