Responsibilities
Client Acquisition : Identify and reach out to potential new clients through a variety of channels to expand our portfolio.
Consultative Sales : Understand and assess the unique insurance needs of each client and provide customized solutions.
Negotiation : Work collaboratively with clients to create insurance plans that meet their requirements and budget.
Networking : Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the industry to drive business growth.
Documentation : Ensure accurate and timely completion of all paperwork related to new accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations.
Property and Casualty License is required!
Requirement
Educational Background : Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field is helpful but not required.
Experience : Proven track record in sales, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and persuade others.
