job summary : Responsibilities :

Responsibilities :

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

• Read, use, and interpret measuring devices, gauges and inspection tools
• Perform all required necessary preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Check and maintain quality of product in accordance with Quality policies and procedures
• Answer machine alarms and address the root cause.
• Follow all 5S guidelines. Perform and document inspections
• Lock Out / Tag Out. Diagnose and troubleshoot any pneumatic or mechanical malfunction on a variety of machines
• Adjusts assembly machine units for major / minor lot production operations following department specification
• Repair and maintain electrical controls on equipment (molding, assembly and packaging machines), including servicing, repairing, adjusting, and testing machines and devices primarily on the basis of electronic principles
• Upload programs to controls
• Repair robot arms and controls, including replacing bad boards, motors, encoders, etc.
• Calibrate and adjust robot pick and place locations if needed
• Conduct TPM activities. Input Maintenance work orders into (SAP)
• Monitor processes. Perform required preventive maintenance
• Perform root cause analysis for safety, quality, and processing issues
• Able to fluently operate presses, robots, and auxiliary equipment to dia
• Restores damaged or malfunctioning equipment to operation by repairing, replacing and or adjusting electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• gnose malfunctions and verify repairs.

The essential functions of this role include :

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• manual lifting up to 40lbs
• standing for 12 hours at one time
• working up to 12 hrs of overtime per week
• working weekends
