Regional Operations Manager

Seeking experienced operations leader to join Eugene-based team who has a track record of leading successful field crews for small-to medium-sized service businesses in technology or communication.

As a people-focused leader, this person is a strategic thinker and consensus builder. In this position you will oversee the regional operations and field crews of a communications company.

With a network coverage area of over 2,500 square miles, company is the leading provider for rural internet and phone services in the mid-valley region.

Company has been in business for more than 23 years, but are a growing and seeking talented individuals.

Requirement :

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience, including some in technical / communication services businesses
  • Several years of experience supervising a team
  • Strong expertise in project management and administrative responsibilities
  • Strong entrepreneurial work ethic
  • Passionate about people
  • Life-long learner
  • Analytical mindset, affinity to working with numbers
  • Excellent software skills with MS Office

Administrative Skills

  • Direct customer service experience
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles
