We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor of Respiratory Therapy like you to be a part of our team.

Job Summary and Qualifications

• Performs routine & critical care respiratory care procedures associated with the care of the respiratory patient; including, mechanical ventilation and routine respiratory care.
• Makes patient assignments for staff on respective shift.
• Supervises the staff RCP's each shift.
• Monitors staff for quality assurance purposes, including auditing documentation, making floor rounds, talking to co-workers.
• Provides leadership / guidance to staff. Makes vital patient care & operational decisions.
• Oversees daily productivity and assures proper usage of all available staffing and equipment resources.

What qualifications you will need :

• Advanced Cardiac Life Spt
• Basic Cardiac Life Support
• Associate Degree
• State Registered Respiratory Therapist, or Certified Respiratory Therapy Technician (CRTT)
