Responsibilities :
- Guide and counsel potential buyers through the home-buying process on an annual basis
- Evaluate the needs of clients and establish suitable search criteria
- Accompany clients during property viewings and assist in decision-making processes
- Strive for a successful career in real estate through dedication and teamwork
- Consistently attract potential leads and prospects
- Conduct open houses to exhibit properties and expand professional networks
- Coordinate negotiations between buyers, sellers, and listing agents to meet client objectives
- Maintain proactive communication with customers, ensuring exceptional service
- Collaborate with industry peers including lenders, appraisers, and inspectors
- Prepare necessary documentation such as representation contracts and purchase agreements
- Engage in team efforts and work harmoniously with colleagues
Qualifications :
- Must hold or be actively pursuing a real estate license specifically in the state of Wisconsin
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and persistence when faced with challenging situations within the real estate market
