Creative Project Manager
Hybrid in Bartlett, IL (3 days in office)
Very competitive base salary + 5% bonus

Note : This role will not be doing any design work.
What's Required :
- 2+ years of experience in Creative Project Management, Marketing Project Management, Graphic Design, Communications, Pre-Press or similar.
- CPG, Retail, or Food / Beverage Industries are preferred, but not required.
- Proactive, self-starter, highly organized individual
- Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work on multiple creative / marketing projects simultaneously.
- Previous CPG experience preferred / food beverage / retail.
- Strong analytical and intrapersonal skills
- Collaborative with the ability to work independently.
- High degree of self-motivation and discipline
- Strong time management, presentation, and communication
This role will support creative development (everything having to do with packaging graphics), packaging graphic art direction to vendors / agencies, and translation packaging for international with regulatory and translation agencies.
This role will work with vendors / agencies, provide art direction to the vendors / agencies who are working on grocery and club retailer packaging.
Needs to have an eye for design - will proof creative at vendors / agencies during press checks.
