Job Details for Hiring Immediately Skilled Woodworking Assembly Operator :

• Pay Rate : $18 - $22 hourly or MORE per hour based on experience and shift + frequent performance raises + overtime available!
• Weekly Pay through Direct Deposit
• IMMEDIATE HEALTH BENEFITS
• Schedule :
• 3rd Shift Sunday-Thursday 8pm - 5 : 30am
• 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 5am-3 : 30pm
• Easy commute from Lancaster, Columbia, Ephrata, Leola, Lebanon, Millersville, Mount Joy, and Manheim

Job Responsibilities & Description for Hiring Immediately Skilled Woodworking Assembly Operator :

• Process and prep raw materials
• Operate processing and assembly machinery and assemble by hand
• Use calipers and fractions to ensure measurement tolerances
• Follow written instructions and mechanical diagrams to assemble parts correctly
• Apply fine motor skills to hand-assemble
• Use hand tools and power tools

Job Requirements for Hiring Immediately Skilled Woodworking Assembly Operator :

• 1+ year of experience in either Woodworking, Assembly, Assembly Machine Operation or similar skill
• Good employment record : MUST have been employed for 1 full year in a recent job
• Must be able to lift up to 60 lbs manually
• Woodworking experience preferred but not required
• This position is a great fit for those who have previously worked at Woodstream, Conestoga Wood, Meridian, Kalas Manufacturing, Sechan Electronics, Bayer, and Case New Holland
