Entegrity Consulting Group is looking for a Systems Administrator to support customer site Facility-Related Control Systems (FRCS) and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) networks.
The contractor will be responsible for the planning, analysis, acquisition, design, development, implementation, quality assurance, configuration, installation, integration, maintenance testing, operational integrity, and / or management of information transmission systems.
The contractor will maintain daily execution of FRCS / ICS network and server operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Operate, manage, and maintain all assigned servers on the FRCS / ICS legacy network.
Ensure compliance with AFMAN 17-1301, DAFMAN 17-1203, UFC 04-010-01, DAFGM2023-32-01, and other relevant directives.
Adhere to Air Force Instruction (AFI) 17-130 for network and security guidance.
Provide technical O&M-level IT support for Microsoft / FRCS / ICS software, servers, and Cisco / Juniper / Other LAN switches.
Implement appropriate controls and policies for information transmission.
Document all applicable cybersecurity actions.
Provide network security services and implement software patches and security fixes to meet AFCEC requirements.
Ensure compliance with DoD and USAF cybersecurity guidance.
Complete DoD Information Assurance Awareness Cyber Awareness Challenge before network access issuance and annually thereafter.
Comply with DoD and Air Force training requirements as stipulated in DoD Directive 8140.01 and AFMAN 17-1301.
Ensure all contractor employees performing IA / IT functions are appropriately certified upon contract award.
Install, configure, and maintain up to 30-40 FRCS / ICS systems and 10-20 servers.
Administer operating systems including DISA STIG, benchmark, and hardening.
Perform system backups and ensure expedient restoration of systems and databases.
Develop and maintain procedures for system operations and administration.
Conduct troubleshooting and provide assistance with restoral actions for system outages and / or problems arising from patches and upgrades.
Provide customer training for new network systems.
Plan for current and future technology integration and work on issues for compatibility and standardization based on current and projected customer needs.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in server and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft / FRCS / ICS software, servers, and Cisco / Juniper / Other LAN switches.
- Familiarity with DoD and USAF cybersecurity protocols and directives.
- Relevant certifications as stipulated in DoD 8570.01-M and AFMAN 17-1301.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
Lift and carry laptop computer and peripherals, and program or regulatory documents (loose-leaf and / or bound)
