Junior Accountant

Rapid Care Transcription, Inc. is looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. This person will manage accounting and financial tasks as assigned to ensure Rapid Care Transcription, Inc’s overall financial health.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in accounting, with a minimum of 3 years corporate accounting experience, advanced Excel, strong time management, analytical, and communication skills.

Proficiency with NetSuite Accounting Software is a must. Responsibilities : Manage accounting procedures and processes - Assist CFO in financial reporting, records and general ledgers for consistent accounting.

Perform day to day accounting entries and assist in month end close process. Collaborate in budget and forecasting. Treasury - Oversee multiple bank accounts, prepare cash forecasts, and monthly bank reconciliations Ensure overall financial compliance - Examine tax policies, manage tax payments / returns and prepare for audits based on regional and industry-specific Provide general financial guidance - Interface confidentially with both leadership and global team members to ensure smooth financial operations for multiple US entities.

Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field Minimum of 3 years corporate accounting experience Strong problem -solving skills and independent thinking Deep knowledge of accounting principles Ability to manage multiple organizations Excellent written and verbal communications Ability to handle information confidentially Proficiency with NetSuite accounting software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel Proven experience meeting regular deadlines About Rapid Care - US : Rapid Care- US is comprised of several entities that are part of the Global Rapid Care Group of Companies.
