Job Summary :

As the Sales & Marketing Customer Engagement Manager at JAX Dental Implants and Dentures, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales and marketing initiatives through our call center operations.

Research and develop marketing opportunities, plan & implement new sales plans, assist in the advertising and selling of our company products and create competitive advantages for our company in the market industry.

As Sales & Marketing Customer Engagement Manager, you will assist in the hiring, training, prepare and motivate staff members to provide excellent customer service, set objectives, analyze call center metrics, ensure that the company and staff meet goals / expectations and provide efficient, reliable customer support.

Role Description

  • Promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
  • Answering representative's questions, guiding them through difficult calls or issues, diffusing angry customers or handling issues that representatives cannot field.
  • Leading team meetings, asking questions to understand the calls representatives receive, educating and coaching staff regarding processes and practices and explaining expectations of employees.
  • Assisting other management team members in identifying trends and establishing call center goals.
  • Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirement, identifying market trends and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
  • Gathering, investigating and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports.
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement
  • Recruiting, training, scheduling and coaching of sales and marketing team.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align call center strategies with overall company goals
  • Staying current in the industry by attending educational opportunities, conferences / workshops and maintaining personal and professional networks.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-4 years in a sales or marketing role, preferably within a call center environment.

Requirements :

  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • Knowledge of management principles and familiarity with company products, services and policies.
  • Strong analytical, organizational and creative thinking skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, customer service, problem-solving, verbal and written communication and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and pressure situations.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, call center technologies, software applications and phone systems.
  • Polite, professional phone voice.

Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in call center management
  • Experience in sales and marketing
