Job Summary :

As a 3D Generalist / Animator II for U Brands, you will play a key role in bringing our design concepts to life. You’ll collaborate closely with the design team to create high-quality 3D models, photorealistic renders, and short animations used in e-commerce and marketing.

This position is ideal for a mid to senior-level professional with a passion for delivering visually stunning results.

Compensation : $73,049 - $94,963 / annually

Job Type : Full-time / Exempt

Office Location : Laguna Hills, CA

Schedule : Hybrid - 2 days work from home (Mon & Fri), 3 days in office (Tues-Thurs)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Craft detailed 3D models that bring design concepts to life, capturing the essence and intent of our design team’s vision.
• Produce high-fidelity, photorealistic renders that showcase products in their best light across various media, ensuring that every visual detail is flawless.
• Create and animate short, impactful videos for e-commerce platforms and marketing campaigns, enhancing the narrative and appeal of our products to captivate our target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, and other creative professionals to ensure visual consistency and uphold the highest quality standards across all visual outputs.
• Navigate the demands of a fast-paced environment with efficiency and precision, consistently meeting tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

• Possess a robust portfolio that showcases your ability to produce photorealistic 3D renders and dynamic animations.
• Excel both as a collaborative team member and as a self-driven professional capable of delivering exceptional results independently.
• Possess an unwavering attention to detail, coupled with a deep passion for creating top-tier visual content that resonates with audiences.

Education / Experience :

• 3+ years of experience as a 3D Generalist, Animator, Environment Arist, Render Artist, or similar role, where you’ve honed your skills in bringing digital creations to life.
• Proficient in 3ds Max or equivalent quad mesh-based modeling software, with extensive experience using V-Ray, Corona, or other industry-standard rendering software.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
