Kavaliro is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager for one of our clients in East Orlando. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with expertise in Paylocity and a proven ability to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the company’s payroll functions to ensure timely and accurate payment of employee wages.
- Process payroll using Paylocity, with a focus on compliance and accuracy.
- Reconcile payroll-related transactions and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
- Manage employee benefits, garnishments, and deductions as they relate to payroll.
- Collaborate with HR and finance departments to ensure payroll aligns with company policies.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 3+ years of payroll management experience.
- Proficiency in Paylocity is required; experience with Paychex is a plus.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
