Contract to Hire opportunity : The Company's goal is to hire permanently after 90 days!

TRAINING : 7 weeks- Mon-Fri 8 : 30am-5pm (Attendance is Crucial!)

Shift Information :

• Once Training is completed shift is 1 : 30-10pm MST (includes weekend work) always 2 days off each week.

Key Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound calls and provide prompt, accurate, and efficient customer service
• Research and resolve customer issues independently
• Navigate multiple systems and tools to access customer information
• Adhere to strict quality and compliance standards
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals

Qualifications :

• 6 months of customer service experience (retail, call center, or similar)
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping others
