We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, ensuring compliance with employment laws and providing support to employees.
Responsibilities :
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate employee records.
- Manage payroll processes and address any related inquiries.
- Perform employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
- Administer benefits programs and assist employees with benefit-related questions.
- Utilize HRIS systems such as Dayforce and PeopleSoft for data management.
- Conduct employee orientations and facilitate onboarding processes.
- Collect and analyze HR-related data for reporting purposes.
Experience :
- Proven experience in data entry, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety protocols.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems like Dayforce and PeopleSoft.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
