The Business Operations team supports sales, client portfolios, capabilities and executive leaders. We bring efficiency to internal functions and enable consultants and leaders to focus their time on our clients.
What You'll Do
The Business Operations Manager will be responsible for the end-to-end business operations of the Mountain West market. This role reports to the Sr. Chief of Staff.
- Lead a high performing business operations team
- Prioritize team activities and rhythms of business
- Work across executive leadership, client portfolio teams and capability teams to connect processes, data and outcomes
- Provide metrics and reporting to support account, industry, and market leaders
- Serve as an advisor to business leaders in the Mountain West, helping them look around corners and anticipate future challenges
- Maintain operational excellence and advance operational maturity in the Mountain West market
- Act as a liaison to the Engagement Management Office and other global services teams to research complex questions and troubleshoot issues
- Assist pursuit leads in maintaining sales, opportunity, and staffing data in our systems
- Facilitate deal review process and governance
- Support account planning processes
- Monitor engagement financials and partner with delivery teams to mitigate risks
- Participate in occasional global initiatives and champion them in your market
- Actively mentor and coach direct reports
Qualifications :
- BS / BA in Business Administration, Organizational Leadership, or relevant degree, preferred
- 5+ years in a business operations role, preferably in consulting
- 3+ years' experience directly managing people. Proven track record of successful leadership utilizing team-oriented management styles.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
- Strong financial aptitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Process improvement orientation / mindset
- Exceptional analysis skills and the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and multi-task with ease
- Experience with Microsoft technologies, including advanced Excel skills, and ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tool and Power BI or similar analytics tool
- Ability to effectively communicate at all levels of management and outside sources. Must be able to delegate and work collaboratively with other functional departments effectively.

Location : Denver, CO
This is an person role in the Denver office. Some remote work may be possible.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation : $105,000-$120,000 + 12% annual bonus
