Job Summary :
We are seeking a talented and versatile Full Stack Digitl Marketer who is proficient in a range of marketing skills, including Campaign Automation, Social Media Management, Graphic Design, and more.
The ideal candidate should have a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, strong technical skills, and a passion for the events industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Automated Marketing Campaigns : Develop and implement automated marketing campaigns.
Website Updates : Regularly update and maintain our Squarespace website, ensuring it remains user-friendly and up-to-date.
Email Marketing : Prepare and send out e-blasts using tools like Constant Contact or Mailchimp.
Social Media Management : Create and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and Pinterest. Optimize our YouTube channel for better reach and engagement.
Graphic Design : Develop light graphic design work for digital and print media.
Photo and Video Editing : Perform basic editing of photos and videos for use in marketing materials.
Content Curation : Curate photos and videos for use in various marketing channels.
Ad Placement : Strategize and place ads on social media platforms.
Google Business Profile Optimization : Enhance and maintain our Google Business Profile for maximum visibility.
Review Management : Monitor and respond to reviews on various platforms in a professional manner.
Analytics Tracking : Monitor site visitor analytics using Google Analytics and Facebook Pixels.
CRM Automation : Manage and optimize CRM automation for efficient email marketing.
Magazine Ad Creation : Design and create ads for magazine publications

Qualifications
Qualifications :
Proven experience in full stack marketing, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.
Strong proficiency in Squarespace, social media platforms, Adobe Creative Suite, and video editing software.
Experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Pixels, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong alignment with conservative values and a deep understanding of technology and computer systems.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Mature, experienced, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.
Residency in the local area with a short commute to the office.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
