Seeking an Agent Services Coordinator (ASC) to oversee functions supporting the market center's service to associates. Responsibilities include ensuring operational excellence and focusing on associate retention through Gold Standard Customer Service and Unwavering Hospitality.
Looking for a quick problem solver who learns from their environment, appreciates efficiency, and can logically present solutions to others.

What will I be doing?
- You will engage fully in the systems, tools, and conversations of Keller Williams to provide value to the market center associates
- You will ensure the execution of the retention systems designed to preserve and enhance our associate and vendor relationships
- You are accountable for delivering excellent customer service at every level in the market center (associates, visitors, your teammates, etc.)
You will provide attentive service and support to our associates in growing their businesses. This includes (and is not limited to) :
- Serve as the primary liaison between associates and the resources of Keller Williams
- Onboarding and orientation for new associates
- Assist with market center events
- Maintenance of office technology : social pages and groups, public website, Google Business page, recruiting sites, agent resources site, etc.
- Drive the use of ancillary services by engaging both new and existing associates to the benefits of using our in-house companies
- Develop a monthly training calendar
- Support the Market Center Leadership team with additional projects as needed
You will be coordinating closely with the Team Leader (TL), the Market Center Administrator (MCA), and the support staff of the market center.
Qualifications :
- A customer-centric approach, dedicated to providing excellent service to agents and clients
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with agents and team members
- Proven experience in office operations
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Demonstrated leadership qualities, including the ability to inspire and empower team members
- Strong proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools
- Familiarity with office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
- Tech-savvy
- Proficiency in using social media platforms
- An entrepreneurial mindset, always seeking opportunities to improve processes and support the growth of the market center
