Department : ARSC Fulbright College Business Services Department's Website : Summary of Job Duties : Under the Manager of Business Operations and Programs, the Analyst is responsible and accountable for assisting with shared services functional areas of procurement, p-card, and travel processing.

The Analyst will support the Business Services team in running various reports, organizing collected data, and contacting department administrators on all procurement, travel, and other business operations related matters.

The Analyst will process procurement, p-card, and travel related transactions on behalf of Programs and departments, as well as serve as a backup for similar positions.

The Analyst will also be responsible for supporting the Blair Center in the areas of administration and communications. They will assist center faculty with website and social media updates and coordination with on-campus partners.

They will also assist the director with the implementation of the Center's annual budget and ensure expenses are in alignment with the budget.

Regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty, as is the ability to create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Qualifications : Minimum Qualifications : The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma At least one year of specialized training in business management, business education, or a related field At least three years of experience in specialized or a related field applicable to work performed Preferred Qualifications : Experience with procurement, p-card, and travel at University of Arkansas.

Experience with University Workday system. Experience with processing business services related transactions in Workday.

Experience with web design. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities : Excellent communication skills, customer service excellence, and demonstrated professionalism Ability to comprehend and assimilate technical and business-related documents Ability to work independently, as well as with a team Ability to multi-task and to be detail oriented Additional Information : Salary Information : Commensurate with education and experience.
