Web and UX Engineer (Hybrid)

LAGERS is seeking a skilled Web and UX Engineer to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will act as the key contributor in the design, development, and optimization of our public-facing website. Youll enhance and modernize our existing website to deliver a more intuitive, accessible, and consistent user experience that reflects LAGERS brand with impact. From UX research and usability testing to responsive development and quality assurance, you will play a critical role in shaping how our members and stakeholders engage with us through our public website and our customer portals. Salary : $76,000 to $91,000 starting annual salary is negotiable and will depend on experience and identified value brought to the organization. LAGERS benefits include :
