Key Responsibility Area :
Specifies Key Result Areas for the Incumbent)
o Financial Services / Consumer banking business(preferred)
with extensive product / solutions orientation related to Customer Onboarding, Customer Service, or related areas.
o Gathering and analyzing requirements for features and translating them into actionable solutions / products.
o Creating visual models, such as flowcharts and diagrams, to represent business processes and facilitate understanding and communication among stakeholders.
o Working closely with stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and development teams, to ensure clear communication, manage expectations, and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
o Assessing potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.
o Collaborating with technical teams to design solutions that meet business solutions / products requirements and documenting them in a clear and concise manner.
o Coordinating and participating in user acceptance testing to ensure that the developed solutions meet the needs and expectations of end-users.
o Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform decision-making and drive business growth.
o Playing a crucial role in managing organizational change by identifying the impact of proposed changes, developing change management plans, and facilitating smooth transitions.
o Continuously evaluating and improving processes, systems, and solutions to drive innovation and enhance business performance.
o Providing leadership to the solutions / product team, assisting in delivering results, business goals, and commitments, and supporting various special project assignments.
o A basic understanding of IT systems, databases, and software development methodologies (Agile)

Requirements
Professional & Technical Skills : - Must To Have Skills : Strong experience in ServiceNow development. - Good To Have Skills : Experience with ITIL processes and ServiceNow certifications.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and development best practices. - Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information : - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow development.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful ServiceNow solutions.
