POSITION SUMMARY
We have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Project Coordinator ( PC ) to work on world-class multi-year projects with a best-in-class team that serves the greater Bay Area and Sacramento.
This is primarily an onsite position for the Project Coordinator, which fluctuates between both an office and job site environment.
The PC will work closely with Project Executives, Project Managers, Project Engineers, as well as Superintendents and General Foreman in the process of performing his / her duties, and will report to the Division Finance Manager but will work closely with the Project Manager for day-to-day direction.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing support to a project team. This may include data entry, reporting, and general office and administration duties to support both job sites and main office activities.
Job location onsite / in-office.
What you’ll do :
- COINS (ERP system) data entry and reporting - change orders, subcontract agreements, subcontract change orders, and job cost reports.
- Assembles and tracks subcontracts, change orders, insurance certificates, billings, lien releases, and certified payroll from subcontractors.
- Prepares and submits monthly project billings with all required supporting documentation according to contract requirements.
- Follows up with clients regarding outstanding A / R.
- Collects and reviews timecards for union personnel.
- Assists Project Managers in tracking and creating daily field reports.
- Gathers and submits to customer specific contractual requirements (i.e. business licenses, contractor’s license, certificate of insurance, emergency phone list and gather from other departments - safety program, drug awareness program, MSDS sheets for Jobsite)
- Analyzes open cost commitments and follows up with subcontractors and vendors to ensure no further costs are owed before the closing project.
- Various other tasks as required by the project team.

Associate degree (AA) preferred or minimum 2 years of related experience

Pay : Final pay is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
For (California) this ranges from $70,000 - $85,000K Annually plus annual incentive, benefits and retirement program as outlined above.
