Our successful automotive technician candidate understands vehicle electrical and computer systems and is able to properly diagnose and fix repairs.

$35 - $50 hourly
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine maintenance, as needed, such as fluid level checks, tire rotations, brake pad replacement, or oil changes
- Determine and investigate any malfunction codes in the vehicle’s integrated diagnostic system using skilled expertise and diagnostic tools
- Facilitate customer satisfaction and repeat business by following all manufacturer specifications for vehicle systems repairs
- Ensure a straightforward repair process by clearly communicating systems issues and repairs
- Examine all vehicle systems such as the air conditioning, engine, transmission, and brake systems with a step-by-step approach
- Provide exceptional customer service to our customers which will include owners of BMW Mercedes Porsche Bentley and / or Audi vehicles
Qualifications :
- Stellar customer service and communications skills are mandatory
- Possess a high school diploma or GED
- Must have completed a post-secondary training program in automotive service technology; associate degree a plus
- National Institute for Automotive Service Excellence, or ASE certification is strongly desired
- Experience repairing BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Bentley, and / or Audi vehicles
