The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.

Position Summary :
Supports the Talent Management and Development function in the development and delivery of a broad array of talent programs to attract, retain and grow engaged colleagues and leaders.
Provides day to day, operational support ensuring efficient and on-time delivery of programs. Provides exceptional customer experience to HHC colleagues providing timely responses to inquiries related to talent management programs and processes
Key Areas of Responsibility
Administrative Support
Provide administrative support to Leader, supporting calendar and team meeting coordination, managing team correspondence, document creation, etc.
Develop and maintain the team’s intranet and SharePoint sites
Monitor and respond to inquiries talent management needs, products, programs, services and processes.
Monitor the budget, maintain supply levels and replenish as needed and ensure the on-time payment of invoices. Guides and supports team members in procurement processes and standards.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with HR and business partners.
Program Support
Provide support for training and development programs including event scheduling, host live events, participant management and coordination, material preparation, etc.
Participate in and support key talent management initiatives such as performance management, recognition, engagement and experience, leadership development, etc.
Coordinate the launch of communications to customers for programs and initiatives.
Collect data and generate reports to show efficacy of talent management programs; provide recommendations on how to measure success and identify effectiveness of the work
Establish and document standard work for program processes; identify and implement opportunities for improvement in processes
Make recommendations for improvements to programs and practices
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s Degree
Experience
Minimum : 1-2 years’ experience in customer focused related field and / or familiarity with administrative support practices.
Preferred : Minimum 2 - 3 years’ experience in customer focused in related field and / or familiarity with administrative support practices;
preferably supporting HR / TM function.
Language Skills
Minimum : English at an editor level
Preferred : Bilingual
