Job Summary : We are looking for dedicated and energetic individuals to join our kitchen team as crew members. In this role, you will assist in the preparation and cooking of pizzas and other menu items, ensuring high standards of quality and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities :
- Food Preparation : Prepare ingredients for pizzas and other menu items, including chopping vegetables, measuring sauces, and preparing dough.
- Pizza Assembly : Assemble pizzas according to recipes, including applying sauce, cheese, toppings, and baking to perfection.
- Cooking : Operate pizza ovens, follow cooking times and temperatures, and ensure pizzas are cooked to the highest quality standards.
- Sanitation : Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including proper handling of food items and equipment.
Follow all health and safety regulations.
- Inventory Management : Assist with inventory control by monitoring stock levels, reporting shortages, and ensuring proper storage of ingredients.
- Equipment Maintenance : Use kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, and perform routine cleaning and maintenance as needed.
- Team Collaboration : Work effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist with other kitchen tasks as needed.
- Customer Service Support : Interact with customers to address special requests or concerns, and ensure overall satisfaction with the food.

- Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment is preferred but not required.
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 35 pounds.
- Capability to work in a hot and busy kitchen environment.
